We understand that in some cases, you may choose to return the products you've ordered. Please send an email to info@protefine.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we cannot accept opened products or used products as returns. Once you send us an email we will share the return details to you. All items must be returned at your own expense and protefine would not be liable to cover those expenses.
To return your products please send us an email within 14 days of receiving the products for us to process your request.
After you have returned the products:
Once you have returned the products you can send us an email at info@protefine.com with the tracking details and we will help you further with a replacement product or refund.
Refund or replacement of product:
Once we receive your order, we can promptly assist with refunds or replacements in case there was any confusion while selecting the product flavor. This would only apply for unused and unopened products after quality check.
